over-exposure

Recently I over exposed a couple of screens and am now troubled by a ghost line left when I clear the screen. The line cannot be removed with emulsion remover (I also tried bleach, to no success). I am including a photo of the screen (line visible on the letter "t") and the result when printed. I turn to you, dear followers, for help with this! Anyone have a solution?

This might sound lame, but judging by the photo of your results, you may want to consider just painting the line in using a small brush with a tiny amount of the ink you used to print.

You can do that, for sure. You can also screen a tiny but over the area on each print. Trouble is, it's time consuming, especially if you're printing a large edition.

I don't know if you've tried already but it may be worth trying a different cleaner/stencil remover. If all else fails, restretch the frame with new screen... www.victoryfactory.com is just across in NJ. They can do it or coach you thru it.
